CAULIFLOWER PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 head cauliflower - grated

1 egg - beaten

50g almond meal

40g tapioca flour

1/4 tsp bicarb soda

1/2 tsp himalayan salt

black pepper

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 190 degrees and line a pizza stone with baking paper and lightly grease with melted coconut oil.

Place all ingredients into a blender, food processor or thermomix and blend to form a dough (it will be sticky).

Spread the dough into a 30cm base on the baking paper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping after 15 to cook the other side.

Add toppings then place back in the oven for 10- 15 minutes.
