DRAGONFRUIT SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

1 frozen banana

1/2 frozen zucchini

1 cup frozen dragon fruit

1 scoop vanilla complete protein powder

2 tsp hemp seeds

1 handful spinach

1/2-1 cup almond milk or coconut water/milk

Ice

METHOD:

Place everything in your blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more/less liquid to gain desired consistency. Top with your favourite topings.

Paleo muesli

Fresh fruit

Nuts and seeds
