CHERRY RIPE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:1 sachet chocolate complete protein powder
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen coconut flesh (you could use
flesh from a fresh coconut too)
1-2 cups coconut quench milk
Ice
METHOD:Place everything in your blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more/less liquid to gain desired consistency.
