CLEANSE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 small cucumber

1 handful of parsley

2cm fresh turmeric - peeled if not organic

1 peeled lime

1 peeled orange

water to cover

METHOD

Chop all ingredients roughly.

Add to blender and cover with water.

You can add around 2 cups, more if you want to stretch your smoothie out through the day.

Blend in a high speed blender until a smooth consistency.

Keep half for the morning and drink the other half through the day if you wish.
