CHACAI PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

1 cup pure apple juice

1 pack frozen pure açaí or 1 tablespoon açaí powder

4 tablespoons chia seeds

1 banana

METHOD

This pudding is a great way to kick start your day. The chia seeds provide you with an amazing amount of fibre, plus omega-3 which is great for brain health and the açaí is super high in antioxidants. Make it the night before and you have breakfast sorted for the day ahead!

Pour apple juice and açaí in a blender or food processor and blend until combined.

Pour into a jar and mix in chia seeds.

Slice banana and stir through.

Leave in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
