CHOC COCONUT GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS

1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1 cup almonds, roughly chopped

1 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup plain buckwheat

3 tablespoons cacao powder

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup coconut nectar or rice malt syrup

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 100ºC and line a tray with baking paper.

Stir together all ingredients in a bowl and spread out mixture on your tray.

Bake for 35 minutes, mixing halfway through cooking.

Let cool on the bench for at least half an hour, then scoop into a jar or airtight container.
