TOASTED CHICKPEAS

INGREDIENTS

1 can organic chickpeas - drained and rinsed

2 tbs olive oil

1 tsp paprika

himalayan salt and pepper

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a tray with baking paper.

Add smoked paprika, salt and pepper and olive oil to a bowl and stir to make a paste.

Add chickpeas and toss to coat.

Spread on baking tray in an even layer and cook for 10 minutes (more if you like them super crunchy)

Add to the top of your fave soup or nourish bowl!
