TURMERIC CHIA ELIXIR

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

2 sp ginger powder

2 tsp loose leaf chai tea or powder

1 1/2 cups coconut or almond milk

1 tsp maple syrup

1/2 sachet vanilla complete

METHOD

Bring half a cup of water to the boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.

Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and chai.

Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Add your choice of milk and simmer for another 5 minutes to infuse.

Strain into a mug and add maple syrup to taste.
