BANANA PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
3/4 cup oats
dash vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
Optional extras
1 tbs chia seeeds
2 tbs hemp seeds
coconut yogurt to top
METHOD
Pop oats into a blender to form a flour.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
On a medium heat, pop some butter or coconut oil into a pan and spoon tablespoons of mixture into the pan.
