SNICKERDOODLE PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cashew butter

8-10 pitted dates

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tsp cinnamon

1 + 1/2 scoops of vanilla complete

For rolling

2 tbsp coconut sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

METHOD

Blend the cashew butter, dates and maple syrup until well blended.

Add in the cinnamon and complete amd combine.

If the mixture is too runny add a little more complete.

Combine the coconut sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

Roll into balls and then roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar.

Allow to firm in the fridge. Devour!
